A few kilometers from the tourist area, the house is ideal for tourists seeking tranquility and human warmth, sharing their experiences. The house is 70 m from the sea and a few meters from windsurfing shops/schools.

The property is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of 3 private rooms and 1 shared room, 2 shared bathrooms. On the second floor, there is a relaxation room and another 3 private rooms with private bathrooms. There is also a small balcony with a view. The shared kitchen is located on the ground floor and is well-equipped. It includes a microwave oven, electric oven, induction hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed for cooking.

Ample availability. Ideal place for windsurfing, the area is served by several windsurfing schools and equipment rental. In the winter time the wind goes down and you can enjoy the sunny days with warm weather almost like the South of the island 🏝 It is 10 minutes from Gran Canaria airport and 15 minutes from Maspalomas. Shuttle service available on request for a fee from the airport to the house. It is recommended to rent a car to get around the island. FREE WI-FI. Free street parking.
